   There's been a lot of hype about IGF-1 lately. GH and IGF-1 have been Muscle Valley's focus since 1997 when I developed and started distributing the first bonafide GH formula. Depending on how old you are, you may have read articles in the old Muscle Media magazine or Pump magazine about the exciting new technology I had just developed...the first of it's kind.
